'Spice + All Things Nice' Pangoa, Peru Caramelised White

This 38% caramelised white chocolate bar is made with organic Peruvian cocoa butter from Pangoa, organic whole milk powder from New Zealand and organic raw sugar. We've spiced it up a little with spicy black tea chai powder from Paragon Tea, freeze dried raspberry and toasted dessicated coconut.

The profile is rich and creamy with delicate notes of biscuit, but with a forward note of spices, zesty raspberry and a mellow coconut undertone.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Sugar, Chai Spice (Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Star Anise, and Ginger), Freeze Dried Raspberry, Toasted Coconut.
