These single origin craft chocolates are made from transparently sourced beans in the picturesque Blue Mountains of Sydney, Australia.
While our signature Meltdown range is made with Valrhona couverture chocolate, our Just by Meltdown Artisan range is made from bean to bar, meaning that we take the cocoa bean, roast to profile, crack, winnow and grind our freshly roasted cocoa nibs into smooth chocolate. It's our hope that 'Just' can open a door for others to learn more about how we can secure a more sustainable future for cocoa.
