Often described as the ‘Asian Vanilla’, pandan is often used in South East Asian desserts. Here we’ve paired it with white chocolate, alongside a classic combination of toasted coconut and lychee!
This tasted so good! And you actually get the pandan taste which can be hard to find because it doesn't have a strong flavor but it was very noticeable along with the coconut. Didn't notice the lychee much but was still really nice

I bought this for a friend because she loves lychee and I have been with Meltdown since they first started as a cakery! She absolutely LOVED the chocolate. I bought myself a ruby pistachio praline bar which my mum ate the entirety of - it was also delicious. And everything is so beautifully packaged it works so well as a gift !
