This dark milk chocolate made with dairy, is made from beans grown in a private fermentary, called 'Camino Verde', in Duran, just minutes outside Guayaquil, Ecuador. The owner, Vicente Norero, has a microbiology background, allowing him to develop and push the boundaries of flavour development during the fermentation stage of the chocolate process.

We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste coconut, chocolate fudge and port.

Each bar weighs ~75g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Cocoa Butter, Milk Powder, Sugar.
