Put 50g (more if you like your hot chocolate thicker) chocolate in a mug. Gradually add 200ml of hot milk of your choice, constantly stirring to make a paste before adding the rest of the milk to avoid lumps! Finish with a pinch of salt, spice or spike with your favourite winter warmer!

I bought this dark hot chocolate on a whim and am so glad I did! This is such a lush and delicious treat on a cold night. I love the flavour of dark chocolate and this was perfect. The chocolate bones and pieces melt really well. It's been so difficult to restrain myself from drinking this every night. I am definitely buying this again.
