White chocolate, but not as you know it! We've made this white chocolate using un-deodorised cocoa butter from Pangoa, Peru. Instead of milk, we've used creamy macadamias and Emmer wheat buttered toast. For texture, more toast, macadamias and freeze dried raspberries.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Macadamia, Emmer Wheat Bread (Flour, Water, Sea Salt), Freezer Dried Raspberries, Butter.

Contains dairy, nuts and gluten. May contain traces of soy. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
