Trinidad 'Tabaquite Village' 64% Dark

This 64% dark bar is made with cacao beans from Trinidad. These cacao beans are harvested by small farmers in the area of Tabaquite Village. The beans are centrally fermented, dried and bagged at the Tabaquite Fermentary. The operation is owned and operated by Mr. Harryman Chattergoon and his family since 2002.

We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but we taste honey, bright tropical fruit and cream.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter.

May contain traces of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
