Peru 'Chuncho' 76% Dark

This 76% Chuncho dark bar was created with cocoa beans from Peru. Chuncho is of heirloom genetics, grown in the La Convención province of the Cusco region. It is known for it's high fat content between 70-75%. This makes for a spectacularly smooth tasting experience.

We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste fresh red wine, poached cherries and ganache.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter.

May contain traces of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
