This 80% dark bar was made using cacao grown along the Ucayali River outside the city of Pucallpa, Peru. The beans are taken to a central fermentary called Ucayali River Cacao.
We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste wood, peat and roasted almond.
Each bar weighs ~75g.
Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Sugar, Cocoa Butter.
May contain traces of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
