We've made this coffee couverture using the 'Shintaro' coffee blend from David Clark, owner of Bashenghie Blends. We've blended them with cocoa butter, panela sugar, 'wheat-free' toasted oats, freeze dried blackberry and toasted Australian macadamias.

Vegan Friendly.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Panela Sugar, Macadamias, Oats, Freeze Dried Blackberry Powder, Coffee Beans.

So delicious!!

If you love strong coffee bars, this is a bar for you. I do and I loved this bar which was heightened by a fruity backdrop from the blackberry and the crunch from fresh macadamia pieces generously scattered throughout the bar. Delicious!
