It was fantastic. I ordered the custom made Salted Caramel Bon Bons as a birthday and Valentine's Day present. The turn around was only two days so there was no stress in delays. They are very diligent in double checking which face in the photo is to be used. I got mine via shipping and Meltdown Artisan does a great job in packaging the chocolates to ensure they're kept cool but also mark the package as delicate so couriers take extra care. These were so well received that my company and friends ordered some for their loved ones, clients etc.
