This limited edition gianduja is made with Haiti PISA beans and organic hazelnuts from Porepunkah in Victoria. PISA launched their centralized processing facility in 2014, revolutionising the way the cacao industry worked in Haiti. This partnership with the farmers provides greater pricing transparency and a consistent market. By purchasing wet cacao and fermenting it centrally, it means that beans are able to be sold at a higher price for higher quality.

We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste forward notes of sweet pineapple, grapefruit and hazelnut.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Bean, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Hazelnuts, Organic Cocoa Butter.
