We've made this cashew couverture using un-deodorised cocoa butter from Pangoa in Peru, lightly toasted organic cashews, organic raw sugar, rose powder, saffron and cardamom. It is inspired by the Indian sweet, Kaju Katli.

Vegan Friendly.

Each bar weighs ~80g.
