Combining Australian & Japanese ingredients we wanted to create a delicious sparkling green tea, spiced with nutty flavour of wattle seeds and the creaminess of cacao butter and a touch of Kabosu citrus to balance on the palate. Surprisingly refreshing.
A creamy white chocolate which unfurls with layers of complexity as it melts on your tongue—sweetness balanced by the grassiness of matcha, followed by the nuttiness from wattleseed and pops of freeze dried yuzu. This one has a beautiful green hue that complements the light colour of the soda.

This complex bitter-sweet cacao soda highlights the flavour and tannins of cacao husk, which is usually discarded in the chocolate making process, with cherry blossom, local honey, cinnamon and lemon zest.
An intense, smooth dark chocolate with notes of yellow fruit paired with a crunchy honeycomb infused with cherry blossom puree. A unique floral, spicy finish on the palate.
