The beans for this block were grown on Akesson Estate in northwest Madagascar’s Sambirano valley. Bejofo Estate makes up one quarter of the estate and produces up to 300 tons of cocoa per year.
We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste ripe cherries, bright red fruit and cabernet sauvignon.
Each bar weighs ~75g.
Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Sugar, Cocoa Butter.
May contain traces of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
