This dark milk chocolate is made from organic beans sourced from 860 small-scale farming families who are a part of the Sambirano Mateza Co-op in Madagascar. The beans are grown organically, fermented for 5-7 days and are of Trinatario genetics (with small percentages of Criollo and Forastero).
This dark milk is creamy with rich nutty, cocoa notes, with some honeycomb crunch made with honey from my sister's beehive mixed in.
Such a great bar. The deep fudge-like dark milk chocolate complements the sweet crunchy honeycomb pieces so well. This is a highly addictive bar that will not take long to demolish. Another exceptional bean to bar combo!
