Matcha Goma Kokuto Kinako 34% White

White chocolate, but not as you know it! We've made this white chocolate using a blend of un-deodorised cocoa butter from Pangoa, Peru and organic cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic. Instead of milk powder, we've used toasted sesame seeds, and blended with matcha and kinako powder. We've also used kokuto (Okinawan black sugar) as a portion of the total sugar in the recipe. For texture, we've added more toasted black sesame seeds and freeze dried yuzu.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: White Sesame Seeds, Peruvian Cocoa Butter, Dominican Republic Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Kinako Matcha Sesame Powder, Kokuto, Freeze Dried Yuzu, Black Sesame Seeds.

Contains sesame and soy. May contain traces of dairy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
