This 68% dark milk chocolate bar was made using cocoa grown in Bundibugyo, Western Uganda. The cocoa comes from 1002 organic smallholder farmers in the region—of which more than half are women.
We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste red bean, ganache, leather, sesame and mandarin.
Loved this bar which was more like a soft dark than a milk. Such a creamy chocolatey delight with lots of black and white sesame seeds included in the bar, giving it a tahini crunch like taste. All this with a beautiful taste of the mandarin hitting in the middle before disappearing for the sesame flavour to continue to shine. A winner!
