This 65% dark bar was created with cocoa beans from Malekula Islands, Vanuatu, a region in which cocoa has been grown for over 50 years using cocoa stock imported from PNG. Sourced by Luke Spencer from Spencer Cacao, these beans are grown and processed by over 20 families using organic principles with no chemicals. This chocolate has an incredibly classic chocolate-forward flavour.

Each bar weighs ~80g.
