Collection: 'Just' Bean to Bar
While our signature Meltdown range is made with Valrhona couverture chocolate, our Just by Meltdown Artisan range is made from bean to bar, featuring transparent trade beans. This means that we take the cocoa bean, roast to profile, crack, winnow and grind our freshly roasted cocoa nibs into smooth chocolate with just the ingredients we need—generally just cocoa butter and sugar.
In the case of milk chocolate, we use either Australian milk powder or alternative mylk substitutes like nuts, rice or oats. Please check the ingredients listed on each product for specific details about which kind of milk is used. We also don't use any lecithin in our bean to bar products.
