This cookie is made with 58% Bougainville PNG milk chocolate, Australian hazelnuts from Happy Wombat Hazelnuts in Batlow and Houjicha tea from Wazuka in Japan with a pinch of sea salt.

Ingredients: Chocolate (Cocoa Beans, Whole Milk Powder, Organic Raw Sugar, Cocoa Butter), Hazelnuts, Butter, Organic White Flour, Brown Sugar, Caster Sugar, Houjicha Tea Powder, Milk Powder, Egg, Vanilla Paste, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate Soda, Sea Salt.
