A duo of two of our chocolate blocks, made in honour of Meltdown Artisan's goodest greyhound bois—Macc, and Yuzu.

Macchiato
Flavour Profile: Coffee, Cocoa, Cream
Origin: Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands
Percentage: 58% Dark and 38% White

This bar has been made with mossto fermented coffee from specialty roasters Zest Coffee Roasters. Paired with Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands 58% dark chocolate, it has a very bold fruity and nutty profile. Stained with a hand scrawled 38% white chocolate heart from the same origin.

Made in memory of our greyhound, Macchiato aka "Macc", who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025.

Nutty Little Yuzu
Flavour Profile: Cocoa, Yuzu, Hazelnuts
Origin: Bougainville, Papua New Guinea
Percentage: 53% Milk

This bar is made with milk chocolate, using beans from Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. We’ve added fresh season hazelnuts into the grind from Happy Wombat Hazelnuts and an obscene amount of freeze dried yuzu. It’s smooth, delicious, and a lot zesty.

Made in homage to our beautiful greyhound, Yuzu, who found us in June 2025 after the great loss of Macchiato, and has filled our lives since with unconditional love, joy, trust and an unshakeable zest for life.

Each bar weighs ~80g.
