These 68% dark chocolate clusters are made with cocoa beans from Bougainville, in Papua New Guinea. We've added honeycomb made with Red Bloodwood Malfroy's Gold Honey and caramelised hazelnuts for a delightfully crunchy treat!

Each pack weighs ~100g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Organic Raw Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Honeycomb (Honey, Glucose, Sugar, Bicarbonate Soda), Caramelised Hazelnuts (Hazelnuts, Glucose, Sugar), Transfer Sheet.
