This dark milk chocolate is produced from beans sourced from 860 small-scale farms in the Sambirano Mateza Co-op in Madagascar. The beans are fermented for 5-7 days and are of Trinatario genetics, with a small percentage of Criollo and Forastero.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Beans, Organic Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Organic Cocoa Butter.
