This beautiful white chocolate bark is made with cocoa butter pressed from Bougainville cocoa beans (Papua New Guinea) and organic whole milk powder from New Zealand. We've mixed it with toasted coconut and freeze dried raspberries and tempered the chocolate into a transfer sheet with a design by Typoflora.

The profile is very fruity without any smoke taint, which is a note which often comes through with common techniques for drying in wet and humid countries. At Kamuri Estate (est. 2015), beans are centrally fermented and sun dried in good drying houses to avoid smoke tainting the beans. They are also in the process of organic certification, with no non-organic chemicals being used.

Each pack weighs ~100g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Organic Sugar, Toasted Dessicated Coconut, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Transfer Sheet [Modified Starches (1422, 1412), White Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Stabilizers (414, E460i), Emulsifier (435, 322), Humectant (422), Flavours, Food Colour, Vanillin, Lecithin].

Contains dairy and soy. May contain traces of gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
