Vanuatu 'Pinalum Malekula' 65% Dark

This 65% dark bar was created with cocoa beans from Malekula Islands, Pinalum, Vanuatu. These beans were sourced by the team at Gaston Chocolat, who are based in Vanuatu, working directly with farmers during every step of the process to produce these amazing quality beans. 

We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste cashews, cream and red grapes.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter.

May contain traces of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
