'Cookie and Cream' Kamuri Estate, Papua New Guinea 40% White

This super special 40% white chocolate bar is made with undeodorised cocoa butter from Kamuri Estate in Papua New Guinea. Unlike most white chocolate where sugar is the hero, the notes of natural cocoa butter sing through in this bar. Mixed with house made chocolate cookies, it makes for a crunchy, chocolatey delight!

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic White Flour, Caster Sugar, Butter, Egg, Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Bicarbonate Soda, Salt.

Contains dairy, egg and gluten. May contain traces of soy and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
