'Pistachio Creme' Kamuri Estate, Papua New Guinea 38% White

This 38% white chocolate bar is made with undeodorised cocoa butter from Kamuri Estate in Papua New Guinea. Unlike most white chocolate where sugar is the hero, the notes of natural cocoa butter sing through in this bar. Mixed with toasted pistachios, it makes for a sweet treat that borders on the line of savoury. On the back, we've added dried apricots, Tasman sea salt and caramelised pistachios because, well, we could!

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Pistachios, Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Raw Sugar, Dried Apricot Pieces, Caramelised Pistachios (Pistachios, Glucose, Sugar), Salt.

Contains dairy and nuts. May contain traces of soy and gluten. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
