Unlike most white chocolate where sugar is the hero, the notes of natural cocoa butter sing through in this bar. We've made two types of shortbread as inclusions—a lemon thyme shortbread using ingredients from our garden, and a strawberry jam shortbread using Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve. We've added a stack load of freeze dried strawberries to the mix and voila! It's strawberry lemon thyme!

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Storage + Care
