'Double Shot' Maceo San Juan, Colombia Milk Honeycomb Hazelnut Clusters

This 56% milk chocolate bar is made with cocoa beans from from Maceo, San Juan in Colombia. We've paired it with Colombian coffee beans from our friends down the road, The Little Coffee Co—who source directly and roast their beans locally. We thought it would make a fun flavour experiment to see how these two Colombian products complemented one another. 

For these milk chocolate clusters, we've added honeycomb made with Malfroy's Gold Red Bloodwood honey and caramelised hazelnuts for a delightfully crunchy treat!

In Maceo, cocoa is gathered from about 250 farming families, with plots being around two hectares in size. Aromac is a locally owned business that wants to help farmers by giving them higher pricing and giving them a portion of their profits. Additionally, they actively back a neighbourhood project that assists women who have been abused at home.

Each pack weighs ~100g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Cocoa Butter, Coffee Beans, Honeycomb (Honey, Glucose, Sugar, Bicarbonate Soda), Caramelised Hazelnuts (Hazelnuts, Glucose, Sugar), Transfer Sheet.
