This dark milk chocolate is made with Bougainville beans (Tinputz, Buka, Arawa), raw organic sugar, organic whole milk powder and a touch of cocoa butter from the same origin. These beans are sourced directly by fellow chocolate makers, Li Peng and Peter from Jasper & Myrtle.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Raw Sugar, Cocoa Butter.
