Artisanal Chocolate

I've always been a big fan of Jen's passion towards chocolate ever since she was still in Darlinghurst. Absolutely blew my mind as to how she can make chocolate "not too sweet" and balance it with different flavours. I've been a chocolatier myself many years ago and I know how hard it can be to stay in the industry and being as sustainable as possible. Good job for keeping this up Jen!

Wow! First time that I purchased these chocolates. I especially loved the crunch of the pistachio raspberry praline bars. Then the salted caramel koalas were delicious. Lastly the cats were unusual but yummy, too. The chocolate was smooth, creamy & had a delightful mouth feel. Would purchase again. Vicki
