This beautiful dark chocolate is made from beans from the island of Guadalcanal, sourced by Cathliro, a women-led and locally owned cocoa producer based in Honiara. They work with hundreds of smallholder farms across Guadalcanal. It's bold with strong fruity notes, acidity and something herbal.

Each bar weighs ~80g.
