This bar has been made with mossto fermented coffee from specialty roasters Zest Coffee Roasters. Paired with Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands 58% dark chocolate, it has a very bold fruity and nutty profile. Stained with a hand scrawled 38% white chocolate heart from the same origin.

Made in memory of our greyhound, Macchiato aka "Macc", who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025.

Each bar weighs ~80g.
