We bring you, Matcha Boys! This is a 50/50 split bar! Half is made with matcha white chocolate, and the other with boysenberry white chocolate. While we know matcha is super trendy right now, it's something that we've been working with for over a decade! Acknowledging all of the amazing matcha and fruity latte pairings we've been seeing, we've brought it back with a pairing that we find utterly dreamy!
On our last visit to New Zealand, we found freeze dried boysenberries (grown in Nelson, NZ) at a market and knew we had to use it for something. Upon experimenting, we discovered that the tart and floral quality of boysenberry works so well with the floral notes in the matcha we use from Uji, Kyoto.
