In homage to our chocolate maker, Jen's, time working in loose leaf tea, this bar hero's the flavour of charcoal smoked oolong tea, Tieguanyin (aka "Goddess of Mercy"), from Nantou, Taiwan. Oolong is a semi-fermented tea, known for it's polyphenols and antioxidant properties.

Each bar weighs ~80g.
