These milk chocolate koalas are filled with a rich, salted caramel made with a generous dash of Tasmanian salt flakes!

These crack koalas are your best yet!! Your chocolate and fillings always have this incredible depth of flavour that you just can't find in store-bought chocolate. I savour each bite of these little koalas (and this is coming from a self-confessed savoury gal).

Thanks so much for the feedback, Helen! :) Our 'dark milk' chocolate recipe is often on the darker side, so as to be less sweet than most commercial chocolates. Glad that you enjoyed the chocolate, but sorry that we couldn't deliver on the caramel hit you were after this time around.
