This 34% vegan white chocolate bar is made with natural cocoa butter from Ecuador, Australian Hazelnuts from Happy Wombat Hazelnuts (Batlow, NSW), organic raw sugar and kinako (roast soy flour) from Japan.

We've made a cocoa biscuit crunchy, and paired it with kokuto (Okinawan brown sugar) tossed tempura crunch for a super textural sweet and savoury experience.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Organic Sugar, Hazelnuts, Vegan Butter (Coconut Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Cultured Coconut Cream, Organic Soy Milk, Macadamias, Salt), Tenkasu (Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Cornstarch, Salt, Sodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate), Wheat Flour, Kokuto Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Kosher Salt.

Contains soy, nuts and gluten. May contain traces of dairy. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
