A limited edition dark chocolate lucky cat filled with Australian almond praline, blended with freeze dried nanko plums, grown deep in the mountains of Japan alongside the Kumano Kodo trail. It takes three days and nights to produce these organic plum flakes, allowing them to sun-dry and age before freeze drying. If you love the balance between sweet and savoury, you have to give these a try!
