This dark milk chocolate is made with Bougainville beans (Tinputz, Buka, Arawa), raw organic sugar, organic whole milk powder and a touch of cocoa butter from the same origin. These beans are sourced directly by fellow chocolate makers, Li Peng and Peter from Jasper & Myrtle.
My husbands favourite chocolate. He's a whiskey lover, port drinker, and madman for single origin fruity filter coffee. Somehow this bar is reminiscent of a great glass of port, with the juiciness of a great filter coffee. I've never seen him so happy eating a milk chocolate before. Think fruit and nut, but without the fake flavour additives, just pure chocolate magic
