This 50/50 bar is made with half white chocolate infused with smoked oolong tea and half milk chocolate from Dong Nai, Vietnam. With the split bar, you can experience three different flavours by eating each chocolate separately, or by combining the two in one bite to make a milk chocolate.
The 33% white chocolate is made with Pangoa, Peru cocoa butter, organic whole milk powder from New Zealand and charcoal-smoked oolong tea powder from Nantou, Taiwan.
The 57% milk chocolate is made with Dong Nai, Vietnam beans, raw organic sugar and a touch of organic cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic.
We don't like to dictate or prescribe what you'll taste when you eat this chocolate, but for us, we taste honey, plump sultanas and cream.
This is such a good blend of flavours and the split is beautiful! I love the Dong Nai so much and the oolong somehow makes it even better. I was initially wondering how I'd keep flipping the bar to get a taste of both, but it ended up disappearing so quickly it didn't really matter. Highly recommend!
