This milk chocolate bar is made with cacao beans from Trinidad. These cacao beans are harvested by small farmers in the area of Tabaquite Village. The beans are centrally fermented, dried and bagged at the Tabaquite Fermentary. The operation is owned and operated by Mr. Harryman Chattergoon and his family since 2002.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Cocoa Butter.

Contains dairy. May contain traces of soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).

Just the best

We had a little tasting platter of a few of the single origin milk chocolates, this one being my absolute favourite so far. Tastes like dark toffee sugar and the richest hot chocolate you could ever imagine, melting into a puddle of joy in your mouth. It's amazing the depth you can get when cocoa beans are treated with love and respect. Big big fan of the new direction
