This dark bar is made with cacao beans from Trinidad. These cacao beans are harvested by small farmers in the area of Tabaquite Village. The beans are centrally fermented, dried and bagged at the Tabaquite Fermentary. The operation is owned and operated by Mr. Harryman Chattergoon and his family since 2002.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Cocoa Bean, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter.

May contain traces of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
