'Zesty Grey' Pangoa, Peru White

This 33% white chocolate bar is made with organic Peruvian cocoa butter from Pangoa, organic whole milk powder from New Zealand and organic raw sugar. We've added earl grey tea and a dash of freeze dried yuzu for a classic twist on a lady grey.

The profile is rich and creamy with delicate notes of black tea, bergamot oil and a pop of zesty citrus.

Each bar weighs ~80g.

Ingredients: Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Sugar, Earl Grey Tea Powder, Freeze Dried Yuzu.
